[RC] Advice on being a successful ride manager - Jamie Wilken

I have taken over the ride management position of the Grand Island Ride and I am asking riders for their opinions on what I can do to have a successful ride. I am very nervous I just want to make it a good first time. So please any advice would be a huge help! Thanx a bunch.
