Re: [RC] VVMarchmadness - Beth WalkerGood luck, Katrina ! I hope the results come back OK.I'm pulled from the VVMarchMadness -- do we have a place for pull codes? Caisson got his ultrasound today, and is now confined to "mild theraputic exercise" for the next 2 weeks, plus some meds. The good news is that the tendons and ligaments all looked good. There is some mild inflammation, but it is external to the tendons/ligaments themselves. There isn't any disruption or inflammation of the tendon/ ligament fibers. We also did digital xrays of the splint bones, and those looked good, too. The not-so-good news is that the vet(s) couldn't identify what *is* causing the inflammation. Frustrating. So - Caisson is confined to walking and easy trotting on the flat in straight lines and big turns for 20 - 30 minutes a day for the next two weeks, and gets an anti-inflammatory cream applied once a day. Then we have a recheck, and go from there.
