Title: Rain coats

Ok, does anyone know where I can get a good rain COAT? I’ve been searching for a while and all I can find are rain JACKETs. I need something that comes down past my butt, because with the jackets, all the water runs straight off the jacket to my butt and it’s not a comfy feeling. K
