You will need to pay for the room for Friday night, even if no one stays in it, to hold it over for Saturday/Sunday. Sometimes we have had crew stay in it, so they can leave from there Sat. AM, instead of camp. If you don't think you will be able to climb stairs after 100 miles, ask for a lower level. <grin> If you need any other info, I might have links or info on many businesses etc. in the area.
