[RC] possible free lease on broodmare in exchange of same on beginnerhorse for heavyweight - Melisa Bernasconi
just curious if anyone would be interrested in a free lease swap. I need a safe horse for a 200lb beginner to further refine their skills on. He has started on my gelding and has a good seat and balance, however i did not feel that the horse he was riding would be good for him to pick up the pace a little on. Not wanting to buy a horse for him at this time till he learns more and decides what type of riding he wants to do. I prefer an arab or morgan.
I have a 12 year old arab mare that gave me a perfect flaxen liver chestnut filly last year. she is just a litttle too small for the above rider, and I have too much going on to re-breed her this year and deal with another baby. she is very typey and has the sporthorse build. her breeding and temperment is top notch. She has a rhr of 25, but she preferrs to trail ride/ training ride and her heart really isn't into endurance competition. the above mentioned filly will mature 14.3-15.2, so her foals are bigger than she is.
