LOCATED OUT OF TROY NORTH CAROLINA. THIS COMPANY NO LONGER MANUFACTURES THIS PARTICULAR ITEM NOR ONE LIKE IT. I AM MOST INTERESTED IN A BLANKET THAT IS SIMILAR TO THIS ONE, BUT IT MUST HAVE A FLAP THAT REACHES ACROSS THE UNDERNEATH OF THE HORSES BELLY AND HOOKS TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMARY TWO BELLY STRAPS THAT REACH UNDER THE BELLY AND HOOK TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE HORSE.
