Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

Looking at the photos posted, I'm presuming the last set is ride day, none of 
these horses are wearing rump rugs.  From the gear the riders are wearing, rump 
rugs should have been standard equipment.  But is this not allowed in FEI?
