For those that consider speed the bar - they sure are raising the bar. Look at it this way the winner did 100 miles at 15 miles/hour. Fifteen miles per hour is a four minute mile. He winner did 100 back to back 4 minute miles!

How far can we push them - well just look at the pulled list published earlier today. I think the answer to your question might lie there.
