Having to pump your legs or lean forward over your feet, gripping with your knees, all that stuff causes problems. If your leg is swinging back and forth as you post that's something that can be changed, instead of just trying to add more padding. My daughter had been complaining about her back hurting. After her dressage lesson last week she applied something she'd learned and rode 6 hrs. Saturday with no pain. Simple as that. No pills. She looked good to me but just a little change made a big difference.
