Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] Horse question... - Maryanne Gabbani

I truly must concur. (Big Grin!)   Ask John and Sue Greenall who just got back from spending time on my horses riding around things that would turn most horses inside out. In fact, I'd say that the intelligence of Arabs acts in their favour if you take the time to expose them to a lot of different experiences. And mine are from a line that has a reputation of being a useless delicate lily of the Arab world, Egyptian Arabians. Just not so.  My guys are steady and totally trustworthy. They take off when they are told to and know how to REALLY take off since we have a nice big desert where a flat out gallop can be fun. But 90% of the time they get to work with novices who have to be babysat on the trail and they are SO good at that too.
