Re: [RC] For Heavyweight Riders-kinda OT - AmyI hear ya, it's quicker too. BUT, when I have no energy to go out and spend with my horses, then what's the point? :) We actually have a Costco membership and if you shop right, you can get a lot of the low GI stuff there. Course not sure it's cheaper...I have to eat right to feel good though, bottom line. Seemed like a good idea on the surface but macaroni & cheese is much cheaper than baked chicken and fresh broccoli, so it didn't work. I've had the most success lately with a 5 day flu. If I can just control my liquid intake now that it's over I'm going to *keep* those 4 lbs. off! :-) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
