[RC] Rosarito Beach, Baja info. needed on horse riders that have been or lived near?? - Steven Proe

Hi Folks,
 
I am thinking of moving to Rosarito Beach, about 20 miles + - South of The Border.
 
If anyone has been there or lives near Rosarito Beach in Baja or knows someone that
 
has any knowledge of this area. I would certainly appreciate any info.
