Re: [RC] good deed - rides2farHello Ride Campers, the company I work for just instated a program that> would pay 50.00 towards entry fees for runs, walks and bicycle races.> It is part of the company's effort to have a healthy work force. Geez! Every time I take off my principal snaps "I'm gonna kill that horse". He's all bark and no bite though. I pointed out to him that in 7 years I had never taken a sick day to be sick and I always know about my rides far enough in advance to schedule a sub. (unlike all the sickly ones who just don't show up and we have to cover for them). Unfortunately, can't say that any more. That darned flu got me last week and I missed a day. :-P He doesn't know just yet that I plan to take a sick day to go riding with a couple of ridecampers the day after the convention. >eg< P.S. Just curious. What company do you work for?
