Oh, dear! I was teasing, and I thought I posted privately!  It never 
occurred to me that you would take my flippant comment seriously - or that 
it was posting to RC! The irony, Marie, is that I totally agree with all 
that you said. And I don't know of a "conflict" with EasyCare toward the 
maker of other boots. But "healthy competition" is what our country is all 
about, and who better than endurance riders would understand and appreciate 
that?
It is really exciting to see the choices/options multiplying for horse 
owners who may want to look outside of traditional horse-keeping practices 
and still participate in competitive activities. Now you have given everyone 
a great response, and I am almost glad this happened.
