Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

The parking was really close at Headwaters a year ago.  People pulled in and 
camped really close to us, but they did ask first and the horses were tied 
on opposite sides so everything was working well until another rider decided 
to lead her horse through the narrow space remaining.  The led horse really 
nailed my tied horse in the front leg.  In other words, he got past then 
fired off a good kick.  My horse, already vetted in, had to be taken back to 
the vet, now three-legged lame.  Fortunately, he recovered, but we missed 
the ride.
