[RC] Wintec 500 Dressage question (re: my saddle question) - Marta Kozlowskai rode in a wintec ap for 4 years. i did my first few CTR's in the wintec. i loved the fact that it was so light and easy to care for. i didn't know much back then about saddle fit and assumed that so long as i can get the saddle to fit up front, then it's a good fit. the wintec didn't really fit my mare well and i moved on from it. but don't let people tell you that wintec don't hold their value. if you don't believe me, just check out the ebay listings. i sold my ap for $350 after several years of use and it certainly showed some wear. i also rode one ride in my sister's isabelle. it is a very deep seat. it also has a wide twist which depending on your build you may find tiring. if a wintec fit my mare, i'd still be using it. unfortunately, she's a saddle fitting nightmare and requires certain custom features. best of luck! marta =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
