[RC] General Med Question for Vets Please - edna leigh libby

I have a horse on Pergolide and he shares a water tub
with another horse. I have noticed he is a very sloppy
drinker and ofter washes his mouth out in the tub. I
thought I noticed a sheen on the water a couple of
times. I am wondering if trace amounts of Pergolide in
a water shared water tub could have an effect on a
healthy horse. (100 gallon tub that takes the two of
them ~5 days to empty--pergolide is given daily)
