The Idaho Humane Society has done a tremendous job
rescuing dogs, cats, and even horses. A few years ago the Idaho Humane
Society rescued many "Blazer" horses from a piece of property not far from
here. The Idaho Humane Society rescues and rehabilitates abused and
neglected horses and other livestock at their "Rescue
Ranch."
I cannot speak to what you have read or witnessed,
but here in SW Idaho, the Idaho Humane Society has worked diligently to
make life better for all animals, including the human animals. If you
