Animals are completely dependent on people for their care...and we don't provide it they can sometimes become someone else issue. The owners of the dog never even looked for the poor thing. It just shows how much people care about their pets. My pets are all humanely contained in kennels or tieouts or in the house. I would be heartbroken if they conflicted pain on another animal. I would also be heart broken if a neighbor shot them. That is why I am responsible for my pets to protect them and others. It is called being an adult. I wish others would try it sometime. LOL |
