[RC] Dogs - cynthia smith

Is it possible for you to take a picture or video the dog off the owners property, maybe real close to your horse to show to the police and/or the owners?  Then if nothing is done, have at it with the .38 ( I carry a .44). 
 
I also have dogs that stay on my property.
