After I walked the elastic strap off the bottom of my 1/2 chaps, an endurance friend of mine used to fuss at me about the duct tape I wore around them. At the time I liked it. I put them on, put a couple of rounds of duct tape around the ankle and they stayed in place better. She finally couldn't stand it any more and sent me a new pair anonymously (wasn't real hard to figure it out). Actually, I've had several people just happen to have a "spare" of something when they got tired of looking at what I was wearing or using. >g< I think I've been using a double ended snap to repair a broken running martingale "for the time being" for around 10 years now. :-)) Angie =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
