Re: [RC] Maraposia protest = part 2 - D'Arcy Demianoff-ThompsonI am wondering why it would not be beyond the realm of possibility to let this rider know that a report would be filed with the local humane society where he lives. The HS could go out on a complaint and check to make sure that this horse continued to be properly cared for. And a reasonable checks and balance.
