[RC] AERC Recording Veterinary Treatments (was: Myths) - k s swigart

I HOPE that Bruce is wrong in his almost certainty, because the AERC
does collect information (on the Post Ride Veterinary Report)  regarding
veterinary treatments given at rides (including horses given a shot of
Banamine).  If it doesn't keep these records after collecting them it
would be a pretty sorry statement indeed.
