RE: [RC] Rule Change Proposal, suspending non-members - Kristen A Fisher

Even if you are a non-member/day member, you get a ride record. I would
think that RMs confirm if ride entrants are members so they aren't stuck
with the $15/day fee for them! So, why not be able to put an "Ineligible
until..." note on their record???
