[RC] Sultans Cup a tremendous success!! - Steph Teeter

Wow. Incredible. Amazing. really and truly. We're headed back to the hotel now for first sleep in 30 hours, will wrap up tomorrow. Closing ceremony is tonight.

Dato Salleh said he was going to contact a local 'medicine man' to arrange perfect weather for the event. I don't think the monsoon drench was what he nogotiated, but there was definitely magic last night.

# 71% completion rate overall
# 67% completion rate of International invited riders and horses
# Top 16 earned FEI Certificate of Capability (12 k/hr)
# First to finish in 10:31:50 at 14.86 k/hr


There are not many FEI 160km rides anywhere that can boast those completion rates. And despite the rain (or maybe because of the insanity of the rain) spirits were high throughout the event.

The FEI required completion rate of 40% was met. and then some!
