[RC] conditioning strategies :) - shermanYep, it's a choice, and I know some LD riders have absolutely no intention of ever moving on up to 50s because their bodies hurt so much just getting thru an LD but they do it anyway because they love the rides, the trails, their horses, their friends in camp and on the trail...
