Belly dancer?  Nah, get some old, torn, stained, white stretchy material, put it around his belly, grease his main and tail up, teach him to wear an old, stained pair of jeans (but not pulled up all the way...gotta show some crack), and have him go as at-shirt-wearing, beer-bellied bubba, complete with rear cleavage!
