Sore No More for training rides of 25+ miles, or endurance rides that are on soft footing. Miracle Clay for all other endurance rides. Miracle Clay is used like Ice Tight..wet paper bags/cotton quilts/cotton wraps. Sore No More, I put directly under wraps.I personally feel that preventing any inflammation is best.
