RE: [RC] [RC] What's in YOUR mash?? - Ranelle RubinPre-ride:Soaked and drained shredded beet pulp PGR-Dynamite Pelleted Grain (very small amounts) Dynamite Pre-Race Pack (incredible support for the working horse) DynaPro-Probiotic DynaSpark-Electrolyte He gets this mash for 3-4 days before the ride..only about a cup to two cups of the grain though. My mashes are small and frequent..often at a vet check it will be in the bottom of a bucket of water soaked hay..he eats the hay that tastes like mash, he then gets the mash. Ride day..same stuff in varying amounts-at away checks no beet pulp, but still lots of water.
