[RC] foaming on easyboots - Kathleen A. CrothersKim, I have foamed on easyboots without the back strap over shoes before. The biggest problem is having the horse stand still until the foam sits so they will not twist. Once the foam is set then nothing will get them off. Rode a two day ride one time and even lost the buckle and cable on one after about 5 miles the first day and they were still on tight the Thurs. after the ride. I had to almost cut the boots apart to get them off the hoof. Next time I used duct tape inside the boot and that worked much better for getting them off but didn't seal as well. Hope this helps.
