Good idea, Jonni!  We haven't dragged "loose dogs in camp" through the RC quagmire in, gosh, a couple of months now!  And how 'bout them irresponsible LD racers?  If people don't keep their dogs tied up, them there racing LDers are gonna mow 'em down!  Of course, the riders who are packing heat for protection might just shoot the dogs AND the LDers...
