If the ride had only one junior starter, there are no bonus points
awarded in the junior division; it doesn't matter how many starters
there were in the senior division....there could have been 100 starters
in the senior division and if there were only one junior, the junior
still would not get any bonus points (e.g. total points for finishing
first junior in a 50 miler with only one junior starter is 50).
