[RC] ultra runners older - Steve Shaw

It is interesting to see the average age of runners at the Western State 100 Trail Run. It is high 30's or low 40's. Also, many are average or big guys. Reminds me of when Eric Thompson ran it. Many thought a moose or elk was coming down the trail!
