Re: [RC] great saddle hunt: narrow twist seat on wide tree - Don HustonHello Glenda,I too did not like the "up in the air" feeling of my OrthoFlex Patriot so I took out the spacers and bolted the flex panels directly to the tree. I put glue on the bolt threads and just lightly snugged them up so the panel could still move a little. The results were excellent. It expanded the space between the panels by 2" (wider tree) pulling the panels away from the spine and the Patriot has a pommel. Maybe you can do the same with the Watson?
