RE: [RC] AHA Distance Rides that are *Not* AERC/NATRC/ECTRA? - Jannelle Wilde & Adam FalkLinda, I don't think there are any rides that are AHA that are not sanctioned by some distance organization. It would be pointless as there are not that many people participating in the AHA portion of most rides, even regional championships. Are there [any? | some? | lots?] of Arabian Horse Association recognized/sanctioned (whatever) trail rides that are *NOT* also put on and sanctioned by one of the major distance ride organizations like AERC or NATRC or ECTRA? Does AHA almost exclusively piggy-back on top of existing institutions? Or is there a population of Arabians and half-Arabians that are participating in distance rides put on solely as AHA recognized events?
