All of these responses will be forwarded to one of the Officers of the App Club, so they can see for themselves why we don't have much participation and what we would need to do to get more people to participate. Also, I think, but I'm not sure, if there isn't something in motion to take the spayed mare requirement out of the rules. I agree with you, I sure as heck wouldn't want to do an expensive and unnecessary surgery to my App Mare (if I had one) in order to get her hardship registered. Stay tuned for more info...
