[RC] Making sure horses drink enough - Sheila_Larsen

I remember reading in Equus that someone did a study (ok I don't know how
robust it was) but if it is cold weather and given a choice horses prefer
cold water but that they will drink more  warm water than cold (I believe
it was over a 1/3 more).  Moral of the story imo is that giving them at
least access to  warm water is a good thing.  I am also going to try the
molasses trick.


And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful
than the risk it took to blossom.
