[RC] Updated Mid-Year Agenda in web page format - Michael Maul

Some have reported having difficulty opening the pdf file so here's a web page version.

The format is not great - it's the output of Office 2007 from Word but likely everyone can read it.

If you had difficulty reading the pdf version - let me know privately whether you are using Adobe Reader 7.xx or the newer version 8.xx.

You can download the new Adobe version at

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

The pdf is also produced by Office 2007.
