Re: [RC] falling off the horse-long - Nancy SturmBarbara, That sure hits close to home. I bought a very nice Arab gelding when I decided if I were ever going to try distanc riding, I'd bettter start soon. Tali Sinjabi was the champ of six foot sideways leaps. I stayed with him for six months and two LD's. He never engaged in adcrobatics dutring rides. After I finally flew off hard and broke my back in two places, I sold him to my 15 year old grandson. They have had a terrific time together and Gabe's generally fearless riding style has been a great match for Tali. They've had several first junior and junior BC rides and they have bonded in a way that is terrific to see.
