Based on a lot of private conversations, I think that what the
French say they do in public, and what they do in private, may be two entirely
different things. But they’re not dumb, either, and I can’t blame them a
minute for not publicizing their play book, so to speak.

they still running with OUT the use of additional supplemented electrolytes
