Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

This may or may not have been a scam, but as a foster care provider for the
state of Oregon, I can assure you that there are starving children in this
country,  despite church and community  food programs, food stamps, welfare
and other programs.

Sometimes families do not know how to access help and sometimes they are
simply so worn down by fatigue or hindered by substance abuse that the
children are not cared for.
