[RC] neat google maps thing - which . chickI've been tracking where I ride (the conditioning trails and stuff) using Google maps -- it lets you draw your own routes on the map and (new) now tells you how long the distances are when you plot the lines. While Google's maps of where I live do not have trails on 'em, they have some very, very secondary roads (unpaved, 4WD-only) that I do train on a lot. Their widget also lets me draw the approximate location of the not-a-road trails and measures those for me, too. I don't work for Google or anything, but I thought this was quite nice and I think others might find it helpful. Google maps (it's free) is here: http://maps.google.com/ An example map (click on the drawn line to get the distance) is here: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=106432494955824530543.000439a01cb73146805fe&ll=39.954228,-78.194847&spn=0.125272,0.233459&z=12&om=1 Jessica =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
