Our club is putting on the
Llano Estacado Challenge in the Texas Panhandle the 22nd and 23rd of
September. Several people have told us that they heard on the
internet that it was cancelled due to trail erosion. This is not at
all true!! We have been working the trails in the park and the new
trails on adjoining ranches the past few weeks, and everything is looking
great! Mowed a lot of the trails this past weekend and the
weather has been absolutely beautiful with no problems with mosquitoes at
all! Please post this to ride camp and let everyone know the ride is
on. We plan on final marking of the trail the weekend of the
16th. This will be the best ride ever!
