I have been on this forum a long time, but I have never forwarded a private
note to it.


I really doubt that Bruce got his feelings hurt even one bit, since he's also 
been on this forum a long time and knows precisely what he is dealing with.  

That said, isn't it interesting that someone who can be so abusive in a private 
e-mail can turn around and point fingers about netiquette?  Abusive e-mail to 
ANYONE is a serious breach of netiquette, even if they are mature enough not to 
get their panties in a wad about it.  

Congratulations, Jim--I had a side bet going that you would do exactly that, 
and I won my bet.  (Too bad it was only for dinner--it was a slam dunk.)
