Were we talking about obscene speeds or people just
using excuses not to go forward in their life.  I am
not an advocate of doing anything that is not in the
best interest in the horse.  If a horse is not capable
then it should not be forced to.  Just as it is not in
the best interest of a rider that is not physically
capable.
