you may need to create an acount to view. IMO, if you can't commit to take care
of an animal for it's entire life than you shouldn't own one. Just like people
who own parrots have to think about who is going to take care of them when they
out live you. It's a question of responsibility and morality. Some people have
it and some don't. Breeders who breed and dump should be stopped. Riders and
owners who view their horses like motorcycles shouldn't own them. If the French
and other countries want to eat horse meat, let them grow their own. There just
isn't any way to justify this.
