You don't say where you live & whether extreme heat is a problem.  My 
trailer is insulated and stays bearable for my horses driving across the 
Mojave desert in the heat of the day.  I know it's expensive but I'd 
give up a lot before giving insulation up if I knew I would be hauling 
in hot conditions very much.
