[RC] Water - too much, too little - Kristi SchaafMan, I wish we could find a way to capture the water
in the Des Moines River and send it your way. We're
close to reaching a crest in north central Iowa that
is calculated to be HIGHER than it was in the Flood of
'93. While some of you are shriveling up, we're
drowning....
