extensive study
of the proper way to handle livestock,   including horses!

This is the person to design slaughter plants so that they are equipped 
to make
the ordeal as humane as possible.

I wish the anti-slaughter folks could give money to Grandin and work to 
re-open the plants
under her direct supervision.
