I am sorry I have been so busy I haven't been able to update! Right now I
am under Dr. care. Seems they didn't find a partially collapsed lung
when I fell from that horse last year. So, the meds are knocking me out
most of the day, and if he can't stop this cough I have, the pulmonary
specialist is going to scope me next week! YUK!
Anyways, now for the good news! I am proud to say my wonderful husband
has completed fencing in the first section of land for the horses along with
one of my employees at the machine shop, Rodney Stewart, and the help of court
teens and neighborhood kids! We have moved onto the land, Channon,
Petey, Haley, and Lacy. All are thriving well with plenty of hay to
eat. I will be moving two more onto this first section in coming
days. This set the basis for running the next section which will hold
eight stalls! It only needs fenced on three sides! The brass name
plates have already been made for those who have sponsored the first stalls,
and they are ready to be hung. I will be sending pictures of the brass
name plates to those who sponsored the stalls!
Hay for sale! I am taking orders for hay! We have hay that is
a bermuda and bahia mix-85% weed free. It is first cut and what is
considered cow hay. $3.50 a bale to pick up in the field. We are
planning on cutting next weekend. Please crosspost and place your orders
now. I have approximately 800 bales for sale. Next Sunday will be
bale day and you must pick it up that day! Please place your orders
now! Understand that you will have to pick up and load your own hay! and
it must be picked up that day. Orders must be preordered.
I cancelled the meeting last week because I was in Canton and this week
because I have been not feeling well, but we will have a meeting this Thursday
night at 6pm at the office here on Providence Rd. in Shreveport.
Respectfully yours,
